• AI avatar generation and talking avatar videos
• AI-powered script writing and content generation
• B-roll video generation from text prompts
• Voice synthesis and audio generation
• Video editing and customization tools
• Cloud storage for generated content

User Accounts

Registration

To use BetterAds, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is current and accurate

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities. You may also close your account at any time through account settings.

Subscription Plans and Billing

BetterAds offers various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations:

• Free Plan: Limited features and monthly credits
• Starter Plan: Enhanced features and increased credits
• Pro Plan: Advanced features and higher credit limits
• Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions with unlimited access

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Credits System

BetterAds uses a credit-based system where different AI operations consume varying amounts of credits:

• Avatar generation: varies based on quality and duration
• Video generation: varies based on length and complexity
• Script generation: fixed credit cost per request
• Voice synthesis: varies based on audio duration

Credits reset monthly based on your subscription renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload and videos you generate using BetterAds. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services.

Our Platform

All intellectual property rights in BetterAds platform, including software, algorithms, AI models, design, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our platform to create competing services
• Extract or harvest data through automated means
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BetterAds to create content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliations
• Spreads misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Contains explicit sexual content or child exploitation
• Violates privacy rights of others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms. However, we are not obligated to pre-screen content and do not assume liability for user-generated content.

Disclaimers and Limitations

BetterAds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that our platform will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterAds and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from third-party content or services
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BetterAds harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
